A young waitress leaves her job and walks to her car. She hears someone following her and in her fright she manages to trip and drop her keys and taser under the car. She goes to retrieve them, and hears someone walks towards her. She hides under the car but someone lifts the car above her and then a blue light surrounds her. The girl is knocked unconscious and dragged into some kind of underground dungeon.

Sam and Dean talk about Kevin and Crowley and whether or not there is a way to reverse Metatron’s spell. They’re interrupted when Dean gets a call from Sheriff Mills about how four people have gone missing and someone witnessed a person lifting a SUV to kidnap a girl.

The Winchesters arrive to meet Mills and she tells them about the four victims. All four missing persons were members of Good Faith Church. They talk to the witness, a homeless man, who saw Honor, the waitress from the beginning scene, abducted. He tells the boys he saw someone lifting the SUV over their head and a blue light go off. They get nothing else from him so they go to the church were all the victims were they find out they were all part of a chastity group. The boys sign up for the group and sign a purity pledge.

Honor wakes up in the dungeon and uses her taser to find her way in the dark. Something else moves in the shadows but we don’t get a good look at what it is.

The Winchesters attend the chastity group. Sam is asked why he chose to join and said because all his relationships have ended poorly. Dean smirks and says, “he ain’t lying.” Dean is asked the same question and spits out some lies, while simultaneously turning every girl in the group on. Sam clears his throat and Dean stops. At the end of the meeting Dean talks to Suzie, the leader of the group, while Sam talks to Bonnie and Tammy, members of the group. Dean leaves with Suzie who wants to give some chastity books from her house.

Sam goes back to meet up with Mills and tells her he found out from Tammy that Pastor Fred, one of the missing victims and Honor had sex. Mills says “they’re not the only ones.” Barb’s mom heard Barb and her fiancé, the other two missing persons, in Barb’s bedroom having sex. Later she heard a smash and a blue light. They figure out that whatever this is it is stealing virgins who break their chastity vows.

Dean and Suzie arrive back at her place. She sits on the couch and starts crying because she can’t stop thinking about her friends who are missing. She asks him to sit and pray with her. Sam is trying to get in touch with Dean to tell him what he found out, but Dean ignores his phone calls. After they pray Suzie gives Dean a big stack of books on chastity. Sam calls Dean again and he answers but gets distracted by Suzie’s porn collection, starring her, in her drawer and hangs up on Sam. Dean drops hints that he knows about her porn work and Suzie says she’s “not that girl anymore.” Dean uses his charm and hits on her and they begin to make out.

Honor is back in the dungeon room and manages to find a light. She runs into Barb, her fiancé (Neil) and Pastor Fred. They hear someone coming and the blue light returns. When it disappears Pastor Fred is gone.

Dean goes to leave Suzie’s after they have sex and the when he opens the door the blue light knocks them both unconscious.

Back in the dungeon Barb continually scratches at the wall until her fingers bleed and drinks the blood because she’s “so thirsty.” The trap door opens and Dean and Suzie are dropped into the room.

Sam goes to Suzie’s with Mills and the neighbors say they saw a flash of blue. They go do more research and find some articles on a god named Vesta, Roman Goddess of the Heart. She buried alive the virgins who broke their purity vows.

Dean calls Sam from the dungeon with his second phone but the connection is bad and Sam can’t hear anything he says. Neil wants to sacrifice Honor because she has a busted leg so they can buy some time but Dean threatens him saying, “maybe we’ll give him you.”

Mills and Sam need virgin blood to kill Vesta. They go ask Tammy’s for some of her blood who isn’t willing but Mills punches her in the nose and forcibly takes it. They then go to a farm that they think is where the missing people are being taken. They search the barn and Sam finds the door to the underground dungeon. Sam grabs a crowbar to open it but is knocked away by Vesta, who we’ve known as Bonnie from the church group. Mills goes to help but Vesta attacks her as well.

Mills keeps Vesta talking so she can get to the weapon. While this is going on Dean is trying to break out of the dungeon and Sam is unconscious. Vesta ties Mills to the table she uses to kill the virgins. Mills goes to stab Vesta but she steals the weapon from Mills. When she goes to stab Mills, Sam attacks but the weapon still goes through the sheriff. While Sam struggles with Vesta, who claims he’s practically dead inside and none of his organs are good, Mills frees herself and stabs the god. As they go to unlock the dungeon door, Dean busts it open asking “What I miss?”

Somehow the weapon missed all of Mills vital organs and she survived the attack. She thanks the boys for their help and leaves them alone. Sam asks why Vesta said he was practically dead inside but Dean counters with she’s not someone they can trust. Dean comes close to admitting that Ezekiel is inside of Sam but Ezekiel takes over Sam’s body and tells him not to do it. When Sam is back in control, Dean takes back what he was about to say and instead says, “if something’s wrong, we’ll figure out how to deal with it. You just gotta have a little faith Sam.”
