The performers for this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion show have been announced as Taylor Swift, Fall Out Boy, A Great Big World and Neon Jungle.
In a statement, Jack Sussman, executive VP of specials and events at CBS, said “If a mad scientist were asked to create the perfect combination of the beauty of a Victoria's Secret Angel with the ultimate talent and creativity from today's music scene, the answer would be simple -- Taylor Swift.
The perfect combination of Victoria’s Secret and Taylor Swift, with Fall Out Boy, A Great Big World and Neon Jungle, adds up to a big night of entertainment on CBS.”
THR reports Swift is currently touring in support of her album Red, while Fall Out Boy topped the Billboard 200 chart with their latest album Save Rock and Roll in April. A Great Big World has found success with Epic Records after releasing a successful EP funded by Kickstarter, and Neon Jungle just wrapped touring with Jessie J.
Last year, Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars took the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show stage, which aired on Dec. 4.
This year’s show is on Wednesday at Lexington Armory in New York but won’t air until Dec. 10.
