The Houston Rockets were able to defeat the Atlanta Hawks, 113-84, without Jeremy Lin and James Harden, on Wednesday.

CBS Sports reported that Francisco Garcia and Aaron Brooks were the crucial players, each having scored 21 points, that gave them the team's third win in a row.

The Rockets started the game off strong, with Garcia and Brooks, making three-pointers and making a combined number of 16 shots out of 26, the Houston Chronicle's blog, Ultimate Rockets reported.

Despite their strong start, the Rockets weren't able to be consistent until the fourth quarter, when Atlanta began clearing the bench with six minutes left in the game.

"The fourth quarter, we made a strong effort to come out the first three minutes and kind of put it away a little bit and that's what we did," Brooks told CBS Sports.

Atlanta Hawks' head coach Mike Budenholzer said that his team fought through but not in the fourth quarter.

"I think for three quarters we put ourselves in some positions where we had some opportunities and battled," Budenholzer said. "In the fourth quarter we weren't able to find a way to sustain that effort and keep it close."

The Rockets made 52 percent of the shots from a three-point range, while other players such as Chandler Parsons and Terrence Jones each scored 14 points and Dwight Howard scored 11 points with eight rebounds, according to CBS Sports.

For the Atlanta Hawks, Al Horford scored 11 points and made eight rebounds, in addition to Paul Millsap scoring 16 points and Cartier Martin having scored 14 points.

"Their bench was the difference in the game," Budenholzer said. "They have some depth and they have a good team. All those guys came in and contributed."

Garcia couldn't have said it any better. "We've got good chemistry going on right now," he told CBS Sports.
