Charlie Sheen's real-life is always ripe for mining, and some want to do just that with a TV series profiling the ongoing issues between Sheen and Mueller over their twins.
TMZ learned that a production company approached the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services' medical director, Dr. Charles Sophy, about possibly being a part of a TV series over the very thing.
Sources told TMZ, that it was the website that helped the production company learn that Sophy lives in the same gated community as Sheen, Denise Richards and all the other craziness. No one involved knew Sophy lived near them until the recent blowup last week.
Sophy told the production company that he was not interested in helping out on a series loosely-based upon the custody issues.
As previously reported, last week Sheen's ex, who had temporary custody of his and Mueller's twins, tired of them harassing her family and wrote a letter to DCFS about how she wanted them out of her house.
In the letter, Richards outlined the various issues she had to deal with, such as the kids abusing her daughters and pets, and how Mueller was a terrible parent.
Scott, Brooke's brother, was awarded temporary guardianship over the twins this past Friday.
