Are the Duke and Dutchess of Cambridge already trying for another baby? A royal insider reports that the answer is most definitely yes. Kate and Will supposedly want a brother AND sister for little darling Prince George.
The supposed insider has made several claims in statements concerning the royal couple, “Kate’s getting broody and they would love to have a brother and sister for George...They will have another baby as soon as possible and want a big family, more than the usual heir and a spare....”
According to Entertainment Wise palace expert Jerramy Fine weighed in on the issue, “Royal or not, all couples want to mirror the special bond they had with their own siblings, William, who has one younger brother, has said in the past that he definitely wants two children, while Kate, who has a younger sister and a younger brother, has told friends that she hopes to have at least three.”
Also indicative of possibly wanting three children is surprisingly the couple's wedding cake! According to Hello Magazine, Fiona Cairns, who baked the royal wedding cake, revealed that the couple did something out of the ordinary. While the top tier is traditionally saved for the christening of a couple's first child, Will and Kate insisted that three tiers be put away. Whether or not this was symbolic (of intention to have three children) is, of course, unknown. Maybe the royal couple just wanted to share the cake at George's christening with three tiers worth of people!
However, the Duke and Dutchess have neither confirmed or denied this speculation. Don't start the baby watch just yet!
