Amanda Bynes has enrolled into fashion school only a week after leaving rehab. Bynes was at The Canyons being treated for schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder for several months before being released. After only a week the 27-year-old actress is trying to bring some structure back to her life and has enrolled into the Fashion Institute Of Design And Merchandising (FIDM) under an alias according to The Daily Mail.

However, not everyone thinks Bynes should be going back to school just yet. According to Radar Online, Bynes’ doctors think she should wait before going to school. “Amanda was told by her doctors that going to fashion school, so soon after being released from The Canyons, … [is] an absolutely terrible idea for [her] to do at this time — it’s almost setting her up for failure,” a source close to the situation said.

Bynes still sees her doctor on an outpatient basis even though her doctor’s feel she would benefit from further intensive treatment.
Bynes will appear in court on Jan. 10 for a hearing in the “bong-tossing” case that happened in May.
