Troubled actress Amanda Bynes is out of rehab today. She will be spending the holidays at her parents’ home and hopes to study fashion in college.

It was reported last month by TMZ that Bynes had hoped to leave psychiatric care to at least celebrate Christmas at home. The site said that Bynes’ condition stabilized and doctors are confident that she will be fine with her parents.

On Thursday, Tamar Arminak, her mother’s attorney, sent a statement to People confirming the news and thanking everyone for the warm wishes. “Amanda has completed her inpatient rehabilitation and she's feeling better every day,” Arminak stated.

According to Arminak, Bynes is currently looking at several colleges and hopes to major in fashion.

“Despite the fact Amanda is no longer in a facility, her outpatient treatment is continuing. She's very happy to reestablish the loving relationship with her family that she once shared,” the statement reads.

Bynes’ finances and well-being will remain under her mother Lynn’s control, Arminak said. The actress had been under a psych hold since she set a small fire in a person’s driveway in July.

According to E! News, Bynes still has to deal with her DUI charges and will be back in court on Jan. 7, when her health and ability to stand trial will be reevaluated.
