Barron Hilton is ready to take Lindsay Lohan to court for a beating her friend administered. Hilton along with his sister Paris Hilton both believe Lohan requested her friend Ray Lemoine to attack Hilton.
According to TMZ, Hilton plans to sue both parties for the beating that occurred Friday morning. Paris even met with her lawyer on Saturday and got him together with Barron. Paris even threatened Lindsay over Instagram after meeting her lawyer.
Lemoine admits to throwing the punch but denied Lohan had any part in the fight, according to The Hollywood Gossip. He said he only fought Barron because he refused to leave the mansion where he and friends were partying.
Hilton has a different story though. He says Lohan put a “hit” out on him for smack talk and watched the fight go down even though others are saying Lohan left before the fight. But if she did leave the mansion, she didn’t get far, because she was videotaped being harassed by Barron’s friends.
