Recently Beyoncé surprised her fans when she released her album, Beyoncé, exclusive, without any promotion or advertisement, on iTunes. The album had 17 songs and videos and it left fans questioning how she pulled it off without a peep. Well Beyoncé isn’t done surprising people, yet.
The popular singer recently went shopping at a Walmart in Tewksbury, Mass., purchased her own album, and bought everyone in the store $50 gift cards, reported Billboard.
This happened Dec. 20 at 7 p.m., she came in shopping around and then used the loud speaker to greet the shoppers in attendance. However, the 32-year-old singer did not just stop there.
US Weekly spoke to the store manager, who was there at the time.
The store manager told US Weekly that she purchased 750 gift cards which came up to $37,500, which were in envelopes that read “Happy Holidays from Beyoncé.”
Shocked and stunned some people recorded the singer on Instagram, one video showed Beyoncé holding a little baby girl and telling her “You are beautiful.”
Some items in her cart were toy items for her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.
