Former Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner has decided that he doesn’t like his Adam’s Apple and is getting his neck smoothed out. He will likely be undergoing plastic surgery next year after meeting with a doctor twice recently.
TMZ caught video of Jenner, who is now a reality star thanks to his marriage to Kardashian momager Kris Jenner, leaving a Beverly Hills doctor’s office on Thursday. He will undergo a procedure called a Laryngeal Shave, which will smooth out his neck. Although it’s a procedure usually done in the early stages of gender reassignment, Jenner told TMZ, “I just never liked my trachea.”
Back in September, he had surgery on his nose after he was diagnosed with a form of Melanoma called Basal cell carcinoma. “I have been struggling with this for several years and appreciate all of the support and prayers while I continue to fight the battle against skin cancer,” he told E! News at the time.
On Thursday, Jenner told TMZ that the procedure left a scar that didn’t heal well, which was the main reason he went to visit a plastic surgeon. While there, he got a consultation about the Laryngeal Shave.
Jenner and Kris are reportedly living apart, although they did appear together in the Kardashian Christmas card.
