With the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi quickly approaching, the Russian government has sent out thousands of policemen and soldiers to increase safety. Sending good thoughts and vibes to all of those affected.
It looks like the Bible Belt has a new name thanks to doctors who are now referring to it as the “stroke belt.” Millions of deaths are linked to hypertension or high blood pressure. It just so happens that half of the population in the southeastern part of the United States suffers from high blood pressure and hypertension.

Amidst the debris from Hurricane Sandy, one lucky man found a $1 million winning scratch off ticket. The happy surprise of a lifetime. He had to wait a year in order to collect it, but as of Friday he was able to claim the winning prize as his own. A happy way to end 2013 and an even happier way to start 2014.
