Pittsburgh Steeler coach Mike Tomlin has been fined 100K for his interference in the Thanksgiving Day game against Baltimore Ravens. The league is also considering a forfeit of draft choices for his actions on the field. Tomlin was fined for stepping onto the field while Jacoby Jones was running back a kick, possibly altering Jones’ path. Tomlin’s fine is only surpassed by Bill Belichick’s $500,000 fine.
Part of the proceeds from DVD sales of Fast and Furious 6 will go towards Paul Walker’s charity Reach Out Worldwide. Universal decided to donate part of the sales from the DVD which will be released on December 10th. Walker started Reach Out Worldwide after a trip to Haiti in 2010 after the country was devastated by earthquakes. The organization, Reach Out Worldwide, reaches out in times of natural disasters.
Fast and Furious actress Gal Gadot has been cast to play Wonder Woman in Superman vs. Batman. The film will feature Henry Cavill back as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman after Christian Bale wished to leave the Batman franchise. The character of Wonder Woman will not only get her time on the big screen, rumor has it that The CW plans to bring the character to television.
