Before Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade proposed to Gabrielle Union this year, he had a child with another woman.
At first Union was not happy to hear he had a third child and one with another woman, but they have since been able to makeup, according to a source who talked to E! News.
According to People, the 41-year-old actress aware of the fact that he had a third child before accepting his proposal though. Wade proposed to Union on Dec. 21 and the couple have been together since 2009.
Entertainment Tonight reports that Wade conceived the child with the woman, who he has known "for many years," while he and Union were on a break.
He told Jay Leno earlier this year about the temporary break, saying "Celebrity relationships [are] very hard. This was a big year for us and our relationship from the standpoint of she was shooting her show Being Mary Jane, going most of the year. I was dealing with my injuries, trying to win a championship, so we kinda took a step back."
A source said that he recently went to visit his newest son and plans on being responsible towards the kid.
