Robin rushed into the church but paused at the door as Lucy began the ceremony. Patrick and Sabrina gazed into each other's eyes. Lucy invited anyone who believed that the two of them should not be married to speak now or forever hold their peace. She questioned that no one had anything to say and Max quipped that Richard Simmons must have had other things to do. Lucy asked him not to tempt fate and continued with the ceremony. Mac read the meaning of love from Corinthians as Felix stole a glance at Brad and Patrick and Sabrina whispered, "I love you." Robin wiped her tears away at the door. Sabrina and Patrick were then told to exchange their vows. Sabrina started and admitted to being the ordinary girl who had finally met her prince. She thanked him for giving her so much, including a family. She then looked lovingly at Emma and admitted to having found her happy ending. Robin shook her head as Sabrina confessed that she'd always love Patrick. Patrick began his vows saying that he never saw her as ordinary and thought he was just blind. He then added that he was thankful to Sabrina for giving him his life back and guiding Emma when she needed it. Then, Lucy asked for the rings and Elizabeth searched frantically in her purse until Felix handed them over. Patrick and Sabrina then put them on. Lucy then invited Emma to light a third candle to symbolize their new family and Epiphany sang before telling Patrick, "Knock them dead, Drake Jr." The ceremony continued with Sabrina saying, "I do." Lucy reminded Patrick that it was his turn and he said, "I do." Lucy was about to announce they were man and wife when Emma saw Robin in the back of the church, yelled "Mommy," and runs to her. Patrick looked floored as everyone’s heads turned toward the back of the church.

Britt apologized to Nikolas at Wyndemere as she tended to his wounds. She told him how glad she was that he was found and that this was almost over. He was surprised she was eager to get back to General Hospital and considered making her a better offer. She promised to be his concierge doctor and told him how grateful she was for all he had done for her. He kissed her after telling her she wouldn't ever have to find out what life would be like without him. After he called to check on Spencer and Ben, he asked Britt when she wanted to go pick them up in the morning. Britt regretted that Spencer had to be kept from his family and was touched he cared so much for his son. Nikolas replied that he didn’t know how Brad couldn’t care for Ben at all. Britt then confesses that Brad wasn’t Ben's father. Nikolas was confused and Britt backpedaled and said that she doesn’t think of Brad as Ben's father and that it was just an arrangement…end of story. He apologized and confessed that she meant a lot to him. He wanted her to spend the night with him and didn’t expect them to have sex.. They just laid down together, spooning. Later, Britt woke up startled and he reminded her that things were over.

Outside, Luke answered Bobbie's call but was surprised when Jerry replied back to him. He promised not to hurt Bobbie but wanted to talk terms. Jerry wanted the cure but Luke told him that he was saving it for Sean. Jerry then threatened that Bobbie could suffer if Luke didn’t listen carefully.

In the stables, Anna wanted her and Robert to finish it and kill Faison. Robert wanted her to think first. She replied that she had, ever since she found out what he did to Robin. She told Robert that it was never going to be over because he’d escape from any prison they send him and go after them again. Anna then said that the only way she could be sure was if they ended Faison now. Robert tried to calm her but she worried about Faison doing this again and next time, hurting Emma. Robert said that he didn’t want Faison to hurt anyone else and agreed that he'd always be a threat but he wasn’t ready to commit cold-blooded murder. He then asked Anna if she could live with herself or look at her family if she killed him. She said she could if she knew her family was safe and asked Robert if he could live with himself and if he couldn't handle it, he should leave. Robert stepped out but returned before she shot Faison. He then told Anna, “If we’re going to do this, we’ll do it together.” They then both point their guns at Faison. Later, Robert told Anna that she was right. Faison would have never stayed behind bars and believed they did the right thing.

Bobbie argued with Jerry as he tried to leave The Metro Court with her. Carly surprised them when they came outside. She warned Jerry to let Bobbie go before the wedding guests arrived but Jerry wasn't ready to leave until the Spencer family reunion was complete. Then, Luke arrived holding the cure, but said that it wasn’t for Jerry and that he’d need to wait for the next batch. Carly then yelled at Luke to give Jerry what he wanted as Jerry tried to drag Bobbie to his helicopter. Luke threatened to drop the vial of the cure if Jerry didn’t let go of Bobbie.

At Sonny's office, Sonny admitted to Shawn that he was ready to strike back but he couldn’t hit Julian directly for Danny's sake. Shawn then realized there was no one else closer to Julian than Ava but Sonny told him that he promised Kiki he wouldn't harm her. The only person Shawn could think of that was in Ava's circle was Carlos.

Duke was thrilled when Anna arrived at her office but wondered why she or Robert didn't go with Robin to the church. Anna claimed they stayed behind to take care of Faison. Duke thought he was downstairs but Anna told him that she left him with Robert. She then said that she didn’t want to talk about Faison anymore. Duke was ready to celebrate now that Robin was home and was sure Derek would allow him a few more days off. Anna realized Duke didn't know and told him that Derek was Julian Jerome. Duke threatened to kill him but Anna wouldn't allow him to go after Julian now that they were all together again. She left and Duke got a call from Sonny, who wanted to talk.

Patrick and Sabrina looked on in shock as Emma ran into Robin’s arms. Elizabeth couldn't believe it was Robin. Lucy whispered, "It's a miracle." Felicia stopped Mac from interrupting Robin's reunion with Emma. Patrick stared and whispered, "Robin," and slowly walked towards her. Sabrina stood at the altar, speechless. Robin's friends couldn't believe it, but smiles swept across their faces as Robin explained to Patrick how someone had taken her away. She relayed how she tried to make it home to him and she finds he's getting married. Patrick glanced back at Sabrina who was tearing up. Felix wished he could tell Sabrina that this wasn't happening. Robin then confirmed that she had called both he and Emma once. Patrick then realized that she was Nikolas' nanny, the sad lady who couldn't tell them she was alive because it was too dangerous. Patrick kissed her as Sabrina fell to the floor and quietly sobbed. Robin encouraged Patrick to follow Sabrina when she rushed off and told him that she knew that he loved Sabrina. Patrick didn’t want to lose Robin again. And Robin promises he wouldn't. He left and Robin hugged Mac and Felicia before Anna arrived. Alone with Felix in the dressing room, Sabrina cried but said she was happy for Emma that she had her mother back. Felix asked her to say it wasn’t fair as she realizes Patrick would never be hers. Felix was holding her when Patrick came in.

At The Metro Court, Jerry accused Luke of bluffing as he held the vial over the ledge. Jerry pushed Bobbie into Carly's arms. They rushed away as Jerry dropped his knife at Luke's request. He was impatient as his helicopter hovered above and he demanded that Luke hand over the cure, but Luke refused and said he was saving it for a friend. Jerry wouldn't accept that and lunged Luke. Before they could resolve the situation, Jerry pushed Luke too far over the edge and they both fell. Bobbie screamed. Carly rushed to the edge, not sure if it was a good thing or not, but Luke was alive, clinging to the ledge and asking for her help. They pulled him up, then Luke gloated that he was healthier than Jerry who couldn't hold on. He then rushed off to find Jerry's body and Carly apologized to Bobbie for what happened. Carly then realized that the wedding party never arrived.

Downstairs, Julian corrected a waiter at The Metro Court for calling him Derek Wells. Ava sat nearby waiting to discuss Duke with him and told him that she found it odd that Duke hadn't confronted them since the news was out that they were members of the Jerome family. Julian believed it was possible Duke hadn't heard yet. Julian then told Ava that he couldn't wait to see the look on Duke’s face when he found out but Ava thought Duke could know already and be planning on taking them down. Julian wasn’t worried and told Ava to worry more about their real adversary. Ava didn't think Sonny would kill him because he cared too much for Danny. Julian gave her pause when he reminded her that she didn't share the same benefit and she wasn’t Sonny's favorite person. He then scared her into to thinking that at any given moment she could meet a horrible fate. Julian banged on the table and made Ava jump. They then heard a loud noise and rushed outside to find Jerry. Julian realized it was his former associate. Ava asked if he was dead. Julian felt a pulse. Jerry woke up and promised Julian anything to help him. Ava wasn't thrilled with him getting involved with Jerry again. Later, Ava found Luke looking for Jerry outside. Julian's car took him and Jerry to a boat. Julian then promised Jerry that he intended to collect on this favor.

In the sanctuary, Elizabeth hugged Robin. Anna and Mac pulled her away from Epiphany and Lucy to allow her a moment. Robin intended to stay and wait for Patrick. She thought the reunion would be easy but she had no idea what will happen. While Robin thanks Epiphany for getting Patrick through everything, Emma asked Mac if her mommy has to go back to heaven soon. When Robin stole a moment with Sam, she told her that she had just heard about Jason. Sam then invited Robin to meet Danny, Anna overheard Robin tell Sam h her parents took care of the man who took Jason from her. Anna then went to Emma and explained that Robin wasn’t going anywhere, wasn’t an angel and that someone had played a mean trick on them. Robin then went to talk to Lucy, who worried what Robin thought about the Nurses' ball when she learned she saw it.

In the bride's room, Sabrina was certain it was over for her, Patrick and Emma. Felix assured her that she didn't know that. Patrick interrupted and Felix left. Sabrina couldn't imagine there was much left to say since Robin was alive. Patrick then told Sabrina that a lot changed in the two years Robin was gone and that he didn't know if they could go back to the way things were. Sabrina then asked if they would have gotten together if Robin had never left. Patrick shook his head and Sabrina said, "We're through." She removed her rings and tried to make Patrick take them, but he wouldn't and they both cried as he confessed that he loved her, too. Sabrina replied that he could love both of them but he couldn’t have both of them. Patrick then said that he wasn’t sorry that Robin was alive. Sabrina said that she wasn’t either and told him his wife was waiting. Outside, Brad found Felix trying to hear what was going on inside. Brad tried to help and they stared affectionately at each other with their ears to the door. Then, Patrick stepped out and told Felix that Sabrina needed him. Felix reminded her that Patrick didn't say it was over and together they'd make it through this.
Elsewhere, alone with Elizabeth, Robin told her how Emma had introduced Sabrina as her new mommy. She told Elizabeth that she realized Patrick loved Sabrina and worried he wouldn't come back. Then, Patrick appeared in the sanctuary and hugged Emma. “Mommy being alive is the best news,” she said. Everyone left and Robin kissed Patrick before asking how Sabrina was. He said that he knew she was hurt but she was strong. Robin waited to hear what they talked about and was upset that he was still confused after she told him how she fought to get back to him and Emma. He agreed with Anna that they didn't need to figure it all out tonight. He wanted Robin to come home and she said, "No." Patrick didn't understand. Anna returned with Emma, who asked if Robin was coming home. When she paused, Anna thought it was a good idea for Robin and Emma to come to her place for a sleepover. Robin and Patrick both told each other, "I love you so much." Once alone, Patrick cried in the church. Later, Felix told Brad that Sabrina was missing.

At the pier, Carlos questioned Julian about the departing boat. Julian told him that he was helping an old friend out who would owe him big time. He then asked what was wrong with Carlos and remembered his girl was getting married. Carlos was agitated that was to a man who already had a wife. Julian was certain that Sabrina would need a shoulder to cry on when the truth came out and that it might as well be Carlos'. Nearby, Sam discussed with Silas how close Robin and Jason were and wondered what she would do if Jason walked through the door. Silas wondered too but Sam thought it didn't matter because she got her miracle when Danny's life was saved. They then bumped into Julian and Carlos. Julian was interested in how Danny was but Sam didn't think he really cared. Julian replied that he wanted a chance but Sam didn't want anything to do with his world and she was sure that Lucas didn't either. Julian didn't know who Lucas was, but Sam said it didn't matter and then left. Later, Carlos was surprised when Sabrina ran to him crying in her wedding dress.

At The Metro Court, Carly informed Bobbie that Luke couldn't find Jerry and left to go after him. Bobbie didn’t believe that Jerry got away in his condition and Carly knew he couldn't have without help. She then said she saw Ava downstairs and had her suspicions about who helped Jerry. Bobbie couldn't believe Julian had another sister after thinking the Jeromes were all dead. Carly then told Bobbie that she regretted not telling her or Lucas that Julian was alive. Bobbie didn't think Julian knew about Lucas. Later, Carly learned the wedding reception was cancelled as Julian came in and asked what she was looking at. Bobbie thought someone was in a mood and Carly pointed out that was Julian.

At Sonny's office, Sonny thanked Duke for coming. Duke knew it was about Julian and told Sonny that he just found out Julian was alive. Sonny was glad to hear Duke wished Julian harm and hoped he was interested in taking him down. Duke told Sonny that he would like to kill him but wouldn't for Anna's sake. Sonny then asked Duke who was next in command. Duke told him Carlos Rivera. Sonny recognized the name and said Carlos’ past needed to be looked into.

Mac couldn't wait to tell Maxie that Robin was alive but Ellie was the only one at their apartment. She told him that Maxie was upset about Spinelli turning her away from seeing Connie and disappeared. Mac notified Felicia and then shared with Ellie that his good news would turn Maxie around…Robin's alive. Ellie was happy for his family, now all Mac needed was his Maxie back. After, Ellie received a surprising phone call.

Anna and Robin had coffee at Anna's. Robin wished she could spend the day with Emma to get over the distraction of Patrick not being with her and their reunion wasn't like what she had dreamed. Robin then said Anna was right that it was just a fantasy that kept her going until she got home. Robin then admitted to waking up from the dream when she saw Jerry's tape of the Nurses' ball. Anna agreed there would be adjustments and heartache but Robin shouldn't feel guilty for what Faison had done to them. Anna thought Patrick would find his way back to Robin. Robin then told Anna that so much has changed, Jason was gone, and Edward was gone. Anna credited Robin with saving Jason and shared how Edward saved Emma when Jerry poisoned the town’s water supply. She thought Robin should find hope knowing that Felicia and Mac found their way back together. Robin then said she couldn't blame Patrick if he decided she was his past and Sabrina was his future. Before Robin left she hugged Anna and called her "My hero."

Maxie visited Georgie's gravesite. She told her how screwed up her life was, how she couldn't be a mother to her child and without Connie, she had nothing. She wondered what the point was as she took out a bottle of pills and considered not being there at all. Georgie’s ghost then touched her arm and she said, "Not if I have anything to say about it." Georgie told Maxie that killing herself wasn’t making atonement and that she should stick around for her family but Maxie regretted what she did to Robin. Then, Georgie panicked in her realization that Maxie couldn't hear her when she told her that Robin was alive. Georgie was gone by the time Maxie was writing her suicide note. As she laid it on Georgie's grave, Robin was nearby at her own grave. Georgie touched Robin's shoulder, Robin felt her but didn’t see her. She arrived at Georgie's grave before Maxie took the pills and said, "Maxie."

Dr. Dosky was surprised to find Patrick at the hospital saying he should be on his honeymoon. Felix interrupted Patrick, who apologized for hurting Sabrina but he didn't want to talk. Felix then said , "Sabrina's missing." Felix was sure that she was okay since she kept ignoring his calls but Patrick was the one person she couldn't ignore. Felix called Sabrina again and she answered. When he hung up, he lied to Patrick saying Sabrina was having breakfast with a fellow nurse, which backfired when said nurse showed up at the hospital. Later, Felix left Sabrina a message that Patrick made him squeal and he knew where she was.

Carlos picked up a bottle of tequila off the floor before bringing coffee to Sabrina. She was horrified waking in his bed and asked him what happened last night. He thought she should blame it on the tequila that she drank after he brought her home in her upset state. She questioned if they slept together. Carlos quipped, "Not in the biblical sense," but she wasn’t amused since she woke up naked. Carlos then said that he couldn't have her puking in her wedding dress and that she must know he would never take advantage of her. Sabrina replied that she didn’t know what she could believe anymore. She then said that she should have listened to him but Carlos blamed himself for that and said that he’s been a jealous jerk since he came to Port Charles. Then, Sabrina answered her cell and told Felix she was okay and had spent the night with Carlos. Felix told her that Patrick was upset that she went missing. She asked Felix not to tell Patrick that she was with Carlos. After she hung up, she rushed to leave. She told Carlos that Patrick was looking for her after having time to think. Carlos thought Patrick was building up his courage to tell her the relationship was over but Sabrina thought there was still hope. Carlos reiterated that he worried about her getting hurt and that he loved her. Sabrina replied that she didn’t return the feelings but Carlos begged to differ and kissed her. Patrick found them lip-locked at the door.

When Shawn got to the office, Sonny asked him to find out all he could about Carlos Rivera. Shawn was certain Carlos was just the hired gun. Sonny wanted to get to the Jeromes by getting to the people close to them, but he couldn't burn Carlos until he knew if Carlos was family. Sonny then informed Shawn about Carlos’ possible connection to his first wife, Lily’s, family. Sonny said that he wouldn't make a move until he knew for sure. If Carlos wasn’t related, he dies.

Robin found Maxie at Georgie's graveside. Maxie thought Georgie sent Robin because she couldn't get through to her. She told Robin to go away. Robin slapped Maxie, who took a moment to realize that Robin was real before hugging her. Robin explained what happened before she asked Maxie about the pills. Maxie told her everything that had happened while she was gone. Robin thought Maxie would survive. Maxie wondered why Robin was there instead of with her family. Robin wasn’t sure if it was her family anymore. Maxie reminded her that Patrick was her husband and she was going to fight for him. Robin agreed she would and asked Maxie to promise not to commit suicide. Maxie assured her they would both be around for a long time.

Patrick arrived at Carlos' apartment and found him kissing Sabrina. He pushed Carlos away and said, "Get your hands off her." Carlos then claimed he was twice the man Patrick would ever be when Patrick accused him of taking advantage of Sabrina. Sabrina admitted it was her decision to come. Carlos said she didn't need to explain but she tried. Patrick wanted to go talk with Sabrina but Carlos didn't think she had to. He asked if Patrick had chosen Sabrina over Robin. Sabrina couldn't expect that Patrick had sorted everything out yet but she deserved an answer. Patrick said he needed time but asked her to come home. Sabrina decided she was a grown woman and would take herself home after Carlos offered. She left, and then Patrick punched Carlos and told him he was a dead man if he went anywhere near Sabrina.

Carly kissed Franco in his room, and then wanted room service. She said she needed a distraction while she waited for the trauma Jerry caused to subside. Franco didn't mind being a distraction but thought she could distract him since his brand-new father didn't want anything to do with him. Carly wanted to give Scott the benefit of the doubt but called him a weasel. Franco laughed at her attempt to stay positive. Carly admitted to getting close to her father, who was a federal prosecutor who tried to put Sonny away. She then advised him to focus on the good things when he learned her father was dead. She kissed him and says, "I'm here." In bed, Carly asked if he'd heard from Heather. He lied and said no. Carly hadn't since the opening and thought she was safe with Heather locked up. Meanwhile, Heather was standing outside Franco's door. She called, pretending to set up a job interview. Inside Carly was excited for Franco. He kissed her and left. Later, Heather let herself in while Carly was in the shower and pulled a knife from her bag.

At the courthouse, Ava left Carlos a message to see how he was after Sabrina's wedding. Nearby, Sonny left Shawn a message, eager for information on Carlos, when he bumped into her. Ava played nice but Sonny chided her for being so smug and warned that he hits back when he's hit. Ava didn't think they needed to be enemies. She then told him that she keeps her promises and was there to testify against AJ.

Inside the courtroom, Diane expressed to Michael and Kiki how gratifying it was to see justice at work when the court deemed the security footage inadmissible. Scott said how he'd give his right arm to see the rest of the footage. When Ava walked in, she was called to the stand. Ava gave her account of the night she ran into AJ at the bar when he blamed Connie and threatened to kill her. The judge struck Ava's comment that she has no doubt that AJ killed Connie. Ava remembered destroying the security DVDs when Diane asked if she had any evidence to support her accusation. After, Kiki confronted her, but Ava didn't want to fight. She passed Shawn on her way out. Meanwhile, Sonny told Michael to watch himself and said to AJ, "You're going down." A ballistics expert was then called to the stand, who testified that AJ's fingerprints all over the gun. AJ then demands Diane to call him to the stand. Outside, told tells Sonny that Carlos had no connections to Lily's family. Sonny replied, "Take care of him."

Ellie let Spinelli into the apartment, and was thankful he could find a babysitter to meet her. She had great news that Robin was alive. He couldn't believe her dramatic entrance at the wedding, but was happy to hear the miraculous news. He also thought the timing couldn't be better because it was just what Maxie needed. Ellie then shared her other news. She received a job offer for her dream job. He congratulated her but didn't understand why she wasn’t happy. Ellie admitted it was in Portland and Spinelli considered going with her. She wondered if they could do that to Maxie. Maxie walked in and asks, "Do what?"

There was a knock on the door at Sabrina's apartment. She hurriedly opened it and found Robin.
