Gisele Bündchen promotes healthy lifestyles all the time, and now it looks like she teaches her children to life that way at a very young age as well.
The 33-year-old supermodel took to Instagram on Saturday to post a photo of her doing yoga with her 11-month-old daughter Vivian with the caption, “Thank you auntie Fafi for capturing this special moment," written in both English and Portuguese.
E! News reports that Bündchen often practices yoga with her daughter - back in October she posted another photo of the pair meditating by the window.
Bündchen and her husband Tom Brady also have a son, Benjamin Brady, who turns three in December. According to E! News, Bündchen and her son spent the day at a park in Boston on Saturday. Little Benjamin donned a navy blue jacket, blue jeans and boots while he cruise on a toy bicycle through the park. Mom followed behind in a patterned tan and olive green jacket, olive scarf and boots, skinny jeans and sunglasses.
