Jimmy Fallon joined with Rashida Jones and Carrie Underwood to perform a holiday parody of some of the year’s biggest music hits.
During Jones’ guest segment on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the comedic host asked to sing with the Parks and Recreation star. The two then broke out into a parody of Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky.” The song discussed marathon eating on Thanksgiving and featured the repeated line, “We’re up all night to get Turkey.”
Jones then sung a riff of Katy Perry’s “Roar,” where she lamented about falling into a turkey coma. Fallon joined her to sing the chorus line “You’re gonna hear me snore.”
The duo also included a nod to Hanukkah, as they played off Lorde’s break out hit “Royals.” Jones and Fallon dropped to the floor to spin a dreidel and sung, “We get to spin dreidels and wear our yarmulkes. This Thanksgiving has a plus. It’s the first night of Hanukkah.”
Carrie Underwood then made a surprise entrance as she belted a parody of Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball.” The former American Idol winner crooned, “You made me cook a butterball and then a green bean casserole and all you did was sit and watch football and ignored all of your family.”
The trio came together to sing “I Stuffed It,” a turkey version of Icona Pop’s “I Love It.” Then they moved into a Black Friday inspired “Blurred Lines,” which finally turned into a Santa Claus infused “Ho Hey.”
The video was posted to YouTube on Thanksgiving and already has over one million views. Check it out for yourself below!
