It’s official. Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from basketball player Lamar Odom after a four-year marriage.

The news is hardly surprising after months of reports about trouble between the two, including Odom’s drug problems and recent drunk driving arrest. Early Friday, it was reported by TMZ that Kardashian planned to file later that day and she did exactly that.

According to TMZ, the documents were filed by celebrity attorney Laura Wasser and cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. The couple did sign a prenup, keeping their property separate.

Kardashian also asked that “Odom” be legally dropped from her name, but did not ask for spousal support. In fact, she asked the judge to deny any request from Odom for spousal support.

Over the summer, Odom dealt with a string of personal problems. He was reportedly addicted to cocaine and the Kardashians showed support with an intervention. He also had a short stint in rehab. Earlier this week, he was sentenced to three-years probation for a DUI charge from August.

Kardashian rarely spoke about Odom, although she did speak about their issues during an October Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode. “There are, you know, some things, that not everybody knows. And me and Lamar are the only two people that do need to know that,” she said. “I think there are a lot of emotional issues with Lamar. I want to help or cater to Lamar, but there's only so much a person can take."
