Lindsay Lohan is reportedly preparing to file a lawsuit over popular video game Grand Theft Auto V allegedly using the troubled actress' image without permission.
Sources talked to TMZ, saying that The Canyons actress is getting her lawyers to prepare a lawsuit over her image being used without her permission in Rockstar's video game.
Lohan might be angry over a couple things in the game, such as the picture that shows a blonde, bikini-clad woman holding a cell phone, though most compare the image to Kate Upton or Shelby Welinder. There are a couple missions where there is a character that seems similar to Lohan, such as one where you try to help a female celebrity escape paparazzi.
Lindsay isn't the only Lohan to recently go to court, her father Michael, recently had a tell-all book by Dina Lohan blocked from being published, Daily Mail reports.
Michael wants to see the manuscript in its entirety before even possibly allowing the book to be published by Birdstreet Books. The book is titled A Parent Trapped and would be about how Dina is often seen as a bad mother.
Evidently, TMZ, managed to obtain a manuscript copy, which mentions Lindsay's troubles being put on the shoulder of others. "I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers."
