Mark Wahlberg admits to a feud between him and Leonardo DiCaprio in the Dec. 20 issue of The Hollywood Reporter. The 42-year-old actor said he almost didn't get cast in 1995's The Basketball Diaries because DiCaprio didn’t want him in the movie.

"Leonardo [DiCaprio] was like, 'Over my dead f—--ing body. Marky Mark's not going to be in this f—--ing movie,'" he remembered according to US Weekly. However Wahlberg admits he deserved that treatment because he was a “d—k” towards DiCaprio during a charity basketball event which explains why he didn’t want Wahlberg in the movie and repeadtedly referred h=to him as an “a—hole.”

Wahlberg managed to impress the Titanic star with his acting skills though. After he came in to audition for the scene, Wahlberg and DiCaprio started getting along better and even began hanging out.

Wahlberg’s not the only one who had trouble with DiCaprio. George Clooney recalled in a December issue of Esquire a game of basketball involving DiCaprio and his posse, according to FOX News. "The thing about playing Leo is you have all these guys talking s--t," Clooney, 52, said. Clooney won the game and expressed the importance of having someone in your life to “tell you what’s what” stating he’s not sure “ if Leo has someone like that."
