Nasim Pedrad and Elliott Gould have returned to the cast of Fox's upcoming new comedy Mulaney.

Back in October, Fox picked up the comedy series from Saturday Night Live writer John Mulaney after NBC passed on it. SNL creator Lorne Michaels is executive producing along with Andy Ackerman (Seinfeld), who also directed the pilot.

The show is based off of Mulaney's life and stand-up comedy as it follows Mulaney as an aspiring comedian struggling to deal with his boss. Martin Short will be reprising his role as Mulaney's boss, who was once a major stand-up comedian.

Sources told The Hollywood Reporter, that Pedrad's SNL schedule does not currently interfere with filming for Mulaney, so she will continue with the late-night comedy show.

Pedrad will play one of Mulaney's roommates, Jane, who is a personal trainer obsessed with fairness and justice, especially when it comes to her romantic life. Gould will appear as their neighbor in the show. Seaton Smith was also cast and plays another roommate who is an experienced comedian and ladies' man that Mulaney wishes he could be.

The last addition was Zack Pearlman who will play Andre Van Horn, who lives life by surviving off of his trust fund.
