The No. 1 NCAA team the Arizona Wildcats (11-0)managed to rally from being down all game to remain undefeated and beat the Michigan Wolverines (6-4) 72-70 on Saturday.
According to The Associated Press, the Wolverines pushed the Wildcats to their limit as they managed to lead for the majority of the game.
Arizona didn't manage to take the lead until the final 25 seconds of the game when player Nick Johnson managed to draw the foul.
Head coach Sean Miller is proud of his team saying, "This was as quality of a win as you can have, in my opinion, in the country."
Michigan had the chance to ice the game if they had just managed to secure the rebound off of Arizona's T.J. McConnell, but instead were outhustled in the final minute.
The Wildcats have managed to top every challenge to come their way during the non-conference portion of their schedule. They already have wins over Duke, San Diego State and now Michigan, according to ESPN.
Guard Johnson said, "When you say we went to San Diego State, played Duke at The Garden -- which is basically a home for them -- and then we went to Michigan, we've been tested."
Johnson insists he didn't feel pressure as he went to the line in the final 25 seconds of the game to give Arizona the big road win. He managed to go 6-6 to keep his team atop the rankings.
