Back in the fairy tale land, in the past. Charming and Snow are searching for Medusa's cave. Charming asks Snow how Medusa's victims turn Barack into flesh and blood. Snow replies that the only way for that to happen is to kill Medusa, which Charming figures out no one knows how to do. Snow says she's immortal so cutting off her head won't kill her but it'll be easier to turn Regina to stone. Charming then reminds Snow that she stopped Regina's execution and said killing her wasn't the answer, how is turning her stone different? Snow replies that then she just threatened the two of them, now she's threatened the entire kingdom. Then, they find Medusa's cave and go in.

"Henry" acts scared that Pan can still hurt him. "Henry" asks Regina if she'll protect him, which hurts Emma. Regina tells him, "Of course" and they move to leave but Emma stops them. Emma whispers to Regina that "Henry" doesn't seem quite like himself. Regina thinks Emma is just jealous that "Henry" thinks of her as his mother too. Emma says that isn't it. Regina then says that "Henry" wants her when he's frightened and "you forget I have 10 years of soothing his nightmares." Emma then tells Regina that she has a bad feeling. Regina then tells "Henry" that she's taking him "to the one place in Storybrooke the Shadow can't get you." She takes him to her vault. She asks him to promise not to touch anything. Back in the fairy tale land, in the past. Snow tells the Charming stone statue that she won't leave him. Snow then hears Regina's voice and sees her image on the shield. Regina laughs at the fact that Snow put herself in this situation. "I didn't realize I could just sit back and watch you destroy your own happiness," Regina says as she laughs and her image disappears. Snow realizes she's right. Then, she has an idea. She strips the shield of its paint so it's a mirror and points it at Medusa, who looks into her own eyes and turns to stone. Gold releases "Pan," who tells them that he's really Henry, but they don't believe him. "Pan" tells the real Pan switched bodies right before Gold trapped him in the box. Gold still says he's lying and that Emma should shoot him. Emma thinks he might be telling the truth since "Henry's" been acting off. Emma asks "Pan" to tell her something only Henry would know. Emma then asks "Pan" about "the first time you and I really connected." "Pan" says it was his castle when she first came to town and he told he knew why she gave him up, "so I could have my best chance." Then, Emma believes "Pan" and they hug. Back in fairy tale land, in the past. Charming apologizes for not finding a way to defeat Regina. Snow says she was so focused on finding a way because she wants to start a family and didn't want to with Regina still being a threat. Snow says she was wrong, that she wants to start a family because they'll always be some sort of threat but that can't let that "define them."

Back.in Storybrooke. The gang goes to the vault. Gold tried to open it but says it will take time. Emma is afraid they won't be able to stop the real Pan. Emma then tells her parents that "the price of being the savior is I don't get a day off." Then, Gold gets the vault open. They find Regina unconscious and Gold revives her. They tell her Pan switched bodies with Henry. Regina is angry at herself for falling for it. "Pan" tells her that he still needs her to be his mother and they hug. David asks what the real Pan would want in the vault. Gold asks Regina if she kept "it" there and she says she did.

We see "Henry" took the curse that made Storybrooke and is with Felix. "Henry" tells Felix that he broke him out of jail "because this spell is going to give us everything we ever wanted.

Regina questions why Pan would want the curse when she already cast it. Gold says can cast it again and with "the Charming's true love woven in even Emma would be powerless to break it." Mary-Margaret asks what casting the curse in Storybrooke do.

"Henry" says that "everyone would forget who they are. Time will stand still and Felix, we will be in charge. And when we're done with it, it's going to be the new Neverland."
