Paul Walker’s funeral is set to be a private family affair this weekend at
Forest Lawn. Fans are asked to stay away and to allow relatives and close
friends to mourn privately.
Paul Walker’s family is said to be planning an intimate memorial service
for the star this weekend and it is by invitation only. No details have emerged as to whether Walker’s remains have been cremated but the Las Angeles
coroner’s office said that his body was burned beyond recognition and that
dental records had to be used to identify him.
As fans mourn we are given more news of just how generous Walker really
was. The Independent
UK states that Walker was the mystery man who brought a $9,000
engagement ring for an Iraqi war veteran who couldn’t afford one for his fiancé.
The Associated Press is reporting that the second man accused of stealing the roof of
Walker’s Porsche, Anthony Janow, was released on $60,000 bail.
