If viewers at home were hoping Sarah Palin’s Alaska was then end of her reality television career, they’re out of luck. The former Alaskan governor has announced another reality television show called Amazing America.
The show won’t be based on her life, though. Instead, it will focus on the lifestyles of those in the fishing, hunting and shooting industries. Palin will host the series.
Amazing America will premiere in April of next year on the Sportsman channel and 12 episodes have been ordered.
“The network showcases a lifestyle that I love and celebrate every day and it's great to be a part of their team,” Palin said in a statement, Daily News reports.
As "a sportswoman, humanitarian, and patriot who has visited every corner of the USA, there is no one more qualified to host Amazing America than Sarah Palin,” said CEO of Sportsman channel, Gavin Harvey.
Fox News notes the network reaches about 32 million U.S. homes, which is one third of households that own televisions.
