Simon Cowell’s girlfriend, Lauren Silverman, celebrated her baby shower on Sunday at the X Factor creator’s Los Angeles home. The party had a tea party theme, which Cowell helped put together.
Both Silverman, who was previously married to Cowell’s friend, and Cowell were said to be enjoying the party and beaming about becoming parents.
"She had her hand on her tummy a lot," a source told Us Weekly. “She kept rubbing it, and she looked really proud."
“They seem to really be in love," added the onlooker. I've never seen him like that before."
There were about twenty guests at the Beverly Hills home, including Cowell’s exes Mezhgan Hussainy and Terri Seymour. Cakes, mini sandwiches and tea were provided for the guests, as well as adult beverages such as wine and champagne.
RadarOnline notes theme was blue and white, since they’re expecting a baby boy.
"He's already got a wardrobe to rival any A-lister," a source continued of the unborn baby. "There were piles of beautiful newborn clothes -- plenty of hats, super-soft onesies...someone had bought him a tiny pair of shoes, too."
It's been rumored Cowell is planning on proposing to Silverman, but only time will tell.
