Tim Tebow is finally going to someone who wants him, ESPN. The sports network announced that it has hired him to be a college football analyst for the upcoming SEC Network.

In a press release, ESPN said that he will mostly be on SEC Nation for the channel that premieres in August 2014. Ahead of the channel's launch, he will appear on a variety of ESPN programs, including SportsCenter.

Twbow's first job for ESPN will be to join other analysts for the pregame coverage of the Jan. 6 VIZIO BCS National Championship. Throughout the day he will appear on SportsCenter, College Football Live and College GameDay Built by The Home Depot.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tebow spoke of the new job, "I am so excited that ESPN has given me this incredible opportunity."

ESPN senior vp programming college networks, Justin Conolly, said, "Tim is an SEC icon with a national fan base and broad appeal. He will be a significant contributor to the compelling content we will deliver with the SEC Network."

Despite the multi-year contract with ESPN, Tebow is still allowed to look for opportunities that would allow him to return to the NFL.
