Tim Tebow spokes with reports on Tuesday about his new job as an SEC analyst for ESPN's upcoming SEC Network and said he doesn't "have any regrets" over his time in the NFL.
He told reporters, "Every time I stepped onto the field, I gave everything everything I had. And I'm going to approach my role on ESPN the same way," reports The Hollywood Reporter.
Despite signing a multi-year contract as an analyst for ESPN, Tebow insisted that he will still be looking for a way to get onto an NFL team. "If I get the opportunity to continue to play quarterback in the NFL, I'll take it."
His contract allows him to still return to the NFL and Tebow said ESPN President John Skipper "didn't want to take that away from me, they wanted to make me a part of the family."
As previously reported, Tebow signed with ESPN on Monday to become an analyst. He will primarily work on the SEC Network, but since the network doesn't premiere until August 2014, he will make his first appearance ahead of the VIZIO BCS National Championship game.
On game day Jan. 6, he will be on several shows, including SportsCenter, College Football Live and College GameDay Built by The Home Depot.
