The Preachers of L.A. exposed viewers to an important part of Christian life: pastors, ministers, and bishops. These six men: Bishop Ron Gibson, Minister Deitrick Haddon, Pastor Jay Haizlip, Pastor Wayne Chaney, Bishop Noel Jones and Bishop Clarence McClendon allowed the cameras to film their struggles, laughter, pain, and the difficulty of being Christian men. Each pastor brought something different to the table with their unique views, preaching style, and lifestyle, so of course heads would bump. From McClendon having a stalker, Jones wanting to be a bachelor, Gibson saving his sister, Chaney wanting to make his wife executive pastor, and Haddon dealing with all the stress of having a child out of wedlock, there was always enough drama to capture the audience’s attention. And there was a pastor for each viewers of the show. Now the Preachers of L.A. has ended its first season much to the dismay of viewers.
