Curtis Jackson, known best as rapper 50 Cent, was able to debut his line of SMS Audio headphones during the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

While the rapper originally had some trouble kicking off the start of the brand, as the line was dropped in 2011, it seems all is well now.

Jackson’s line seems to be taking a different turn from Dr. Dre’s line of headphones, Beats. The SMS Audio headphones have a Sports edition line. The headphones will be waterproof so there’s no fear of washing them after a good workout. NBA player, Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks, has also teamed up with Jackson to show off the headphones.

“I’m a health and fitness fanatic,” Jackson said. “So a quality pair of headphones is an absolute must-have when I’m working out. I used my own ‘wish list’ of features as a benchmark when creating the Sports collection, and I’m extremely pleased with the final result.”

The line includes on-ear and in-ear headphones for the consumer’s preference, as well as a variety of colors to stand out amongst a crowd. Jackson has also teamed up with Lucasfilms in order to customize Star Wars-themed headphones, including Stormtooper, Rebel Alliance, Boba Fett, and Imperial headphones which will be available for purchase in Spring 2014.
