About A Boy will be getting a television reboot. Fans know the film which was brought to life by Hugh Grant back in 2002.

USA Today reported that fans will catch a preview of the upcoming show following Olympics coverage on Feb. 22. The show will then move into it's normally scheduled time slot after The Voice.

David Walton, from Parenthood fame will be taking over the role of Will. The role of Will was originally played by Grant back in the 2002 film. Minnie Driver will be playing Fiona and Benjamin Stockham known for his work on Once Upon a Time is the boy, Marcus.

Jason Katims, the creator of popular shows such as Roswell, Friday Night Lights, which was also an original feature film and Parenthood, is behind the new production of About A Boy.

Dax Shepard from Parenthood will also be appearing on the upcoming About A Boy, reported Entertainment Weekly.

Katmis spoke about the upcoming reboot. ""It's a story about a family that will never in their lives admit that they're a family, Will and Fiona will never admit they need each other to raise a boy," said Katmis.
