The Ecuadorian Navy rescued Amazon.com’s founder, Jeff Bezos, from a cruise near the Galapagos Islands because he was suffering from a kidney stone attack.

CNN reported when asked about the incident, Bezos responded via Amazon saying, “Galapagos: five stars. Kidney stones: zero stars.”

According to CNBC, Bezos was flown from Santa Cruz Island to his jet on Baltra Island. From there, Bezos was to fly back to the United States to seek surgery, however, surgery was not needed.

Amazon spokesman Drew Herdener said, "He got a good outcome. No surgery was required, and he's feeling well."

Kidney stones are able to pass naturally, which is believed to be how Bezos got to be so lucky. In more severe cases, surgery is required.

Bezos is one of the most sucessful businessmen in America. He was named 2012 Businessperson of the Year in Fortune magazine, founded Amazon.com and aided in the creation of the popular Kindle tablet.
