BBC's Sherlock has returned to the airwaves with huge ratings for its debut eposide and shocked audiences when the show was a success in China.

Sherlock stars Benedict Cumberbatch, known for his work on Star Trek: Into Darkness and Martin Freeman who can currently be seen in The Hobbit films. Cumberbatch is known for being a heartthrob over in China and around the world with his dashing good looks.
The AP added that in China Holmes is known as "Curly Fu," after his Chinese name, Fuermosi.
China reported that an online viewing platform Youku.com aired an eposide on January 2nd which drew in over five million views, this is the most viewership that the company had seen for a single eposide. The third season of Sherlock has drawn in over 14.5 million people.
