The day after one of the most anticipated Grammy Awards in recent history, the media and social media are buzzing with post-event conversation. People had a lot to say about the performances, which included highlights such as the so-called "racy" collaboration from powerhouse couple Beyonce and Jay Z, the Beatles reunion of Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, intimate contributions from Taylor Swift and John Legend, a collaboration of Imagine Dragons and Kendrick Lamar, and an acrobatic, artistic performance from Pink.
Daft Punk stirred up other discussions by dominating the night with five wins, as well as giving a live performance (their first in six years) with Stevie Wonder and Pharrell Williams. Other big winners included Lorde and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who also made waves by singing "Same Love" on stage. This was especially significant, as at the end of the song a number of couples—gay and straight—were married by Queen Latifah.
Without further ado, here are the top ten post-2014 Grammy tweets from celebrities on Monday, January 27—from the most simplistic comments on fashion and other topics, to expressions of thanks, adoration and other sincere emotions:
