Fox and William Morris Endeavor are facing a lawsuit on behalf of Stephanie Counts and Shari Gold. The Show, New Girl which stars resident nerdy girl, Zooey Deschanel is claimed to be based on an original script and idea by Counts and Gold. The shows plot allegedly mirrors Count’s real-life experience of discovering her husband was having an affair and forcing her to move in with three bachelors.

ABC’s new show Killer Women has been killed and replaced by Kyle Killen's Mind Games after the new show suffered embarrassingly low ratings. Killer Women premiered with a only a 0.9 in the 18-49 demographic and an even lower number for the second episode. The network decided not to waste time and instead move forward with a new show, which stars, Christian Slater and Steve Zahn. Mind Games will premier February 25th.

Prince Harry has stepped down from his role as an Apache helicopter pilot and switched over to a staff officer desk job. After serving in Afghanistan twice, this will allow him to take on more royal duties as his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, takes on a less hectic schedule. Harry will still be a commissioned officer in the Household Calvary and will still be known as Captain Wales in the military.

Orange is The New Black star, Michelle Hurst is awake from a medically induced coma after 16 days. Hurst, who plays Miss Claudette on the Netflix original, was in a severe car accident last month, which resulted in injury’s requiring an induced coma. The actress’s colleagues have created a fundraising page in an effort to cover her medical expenses and time spent out of work. So far the page has raised over $13,000.

Bud Light has shelled out the big bucks, $3 million exactly for former California Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger to star in an ad campaign launching during the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl boasts the largest television audience of the year putting a lot of pressure on company’s vying for the prime commercial spots. Fox has already sold out of Super Bowl ad spots and a 30-second spot cost a record $4 million.
