Here’s our daily wrap for Tuesday January 7:
A 12-year-old boy got the chance to perform on stage at his idol Jay Z’s concert in Greensboro, NC. The young boy was holding a sign at the concert that read “Can I rap for you?” and when Jay Z saw it he invited the boy on stage. The boy rapped Jay Z’s song “Clique” and wowed the crowd.
Charlie Sheen voiced his distaste for Ashton Kutcher, who took Sheen’s place in the CBS comedy Two and a Half Men on Twitter. However he also complimented his former co-star Jon Cryer while calling Kutcher his “lame side-kik.” Sheen also told Kutcher to “quit barfing on [his] old brilliant show.”
Larry D. Mann, the man behind the voice of Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer’s Yukon Cornelius, died at the age of 91. The death was confirmed by Mann’s son Richard who said the voice actor died of old age. Mann is best known for his acting, with the voice of Yukon Cornelius being his most popular role, but was also a disc-jockey before he started his acting career in the 1950’s.
