The series based on Robert Rodriguez's supernatural cult classic From Dusk Till Dawn has released its first full length trailer online.
D.J. Cotrona and Zane Holtz will play the Gecko brothers, Seth and Richard, originally brought to life by George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino. Ten episodes are planned for El Rey Network, which was founded by Robert Rodriguez. Rodriguez also directed the movie and co-wrote it with Tarantino. According to the Los Angeles Times "Rodriguez directed the first episode, which airs March 11, and the second and fourth episodes."
The series will also feature Jake Busey, Robert Patrick and Wilmer Valderrama.
The Hollywood Reporter described the El Rey Network as "a new 24-hour English-language network targeting a Latino audience." The network launched in December of last year; From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series is its first original scripted program. The series will first air on March 11 at 9 P.M ET/PT.
