The 56th Annual Grammy Awards was filled with many great performances but the best part was what the stars decided to wear. Unlike the Academy Awards and Golden Globes, which are all about elegance and glamour, the Grammys on the other hand are about taking fashion risk. For example, who can ever forget Jennifer Lopez's green barley there Versace dress or Toni Braxton's white satin dress designed by Richard Tyler that left nothing to the imagination. Fashion moments like those often set the stage for an artist to become a household name. While many such as Beyoncé, who wore a sheer white floral dress designed by Michael Costello, and Chrissy Teigen, who wore a gold sequin number by Johanna Johnson, stunned on the red carpet this year, there were a few who didn’t quite get it right. Here is a look at the top 10 worst dressed stars on music’s biggest night.

Katy Perry , who performed her hit song Dark Horse with Juicy J on the Grammy stage, graced the red carpet in a sheer Valentino number. Music notes on a dress is just tacky no matter who the designer is.

9. Pharrell Williams
Known for making great music and his impeccable style, Pharrell Williams is a Grammys veteran. Williams took home 4 awards last night to add to his other 3. But on the red carpet, no one could have expected Williams would wear the Arbys hat. Hopefully he wows when he hits the Academy Awards red carpet where he is nominated for an award this year.

7. Skylar Grey
Singer and songwriter Skylar Grey, who is most known for co-writing Eminem and Rihanna’s hit single “Love The Way You Lie,” stepped on the carpet in nude cut-out leather from head to toe. The nude was just to close to her skin color and washed her completely out. The dress could have worked if it was in a different color.
