Howie Mandel is reportedly being sued after a prank caused over $100,000 in damages at a Los Angeles Restaurant.

TMZ reports that Mandel is being sued by the owner of Cowboys and Turbans, a Mexican-Indian restaurant, after a prank caused too much damage.

Last October, Mandel's hidden camera prank series, Deal With It, hired an actress to cause a scene at the restaurant by shouting expletives, jumping up and down, and breaking dishes.

The owner claimed that furniture, outdoor heaters, and a Yamaha piano were all damaged, causing exactly $103,408 in damages. the lawsuit also shows that apart from Mandel, the owner is also suing the show's production company, as well as TBS, the network that airs Deal With It.

According to The Daily Mail, Mandel's prank show is based off of an Israeli television program with host Theo Von, who, with a guest comedian, dare people to pull public pranks on others.

Mandel is currently a judge on NBC's America's Got Talent alongside Howard Stern, Melanie Brown, and Heidi Klum, and will be returning for the shows ninth season later this year.
