Jennifer Hudson has made her assistant a very happy man. While most employees get Christmas bonuses or gift cards, Hudson gifted her personal assistant a house.
The Weight Watchers spokeswoman and Oscar and Grammy award-winning singer and actress caught the magical moment on video and posted it to her Instagram account to spread the joy.
She wrote as the caption, “My assistant Walter's reaction when he found out I was buying him a house for Christmas!”
E! Online notes Walter is inundated with happiness when he finds out the great news. He drops the papers in his hand and starts screaming uncontrollably, moving towards Hudson on the couch and giving her a huge hug all while screaming “What?!”
Hudson and Walter went to elementary school together in Chicago and the former American Idol contestant told The Advocate in 2011, "Walter and I have been friends since sixth grade. He's by far my closest friend."
