Justin Bieber was arrested on Wednesday in Miami, FL after cops pulled the singer over for drag racing. After being pulled over, Bieber failed a sobriety test and was arrested.
According to CNN, the 19-year-old was booked into a Miami police station just around 4am. He was pulled over after a cop spotted the singer's rented yellow Lamborghini against a red Ferrari going around 55-60 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
After being pulled over, Bieber began acting belligerently and cursing at the officers, asking "Why the f--ck are you doing this?" reports People. A spokesman for the Miami Beach Police told the magazine: “In the beginning, Justin Bieber was uncooperative and continued to resist arrest. Finally, after admitting he had cannabis, alcohol and prescription drugs earlier in the evening, he gave a urine sample then was taken into custody without violence.”
Bieber is being charged for driving without a valid license, driving under the influence, and resisting arrest without violence. This comes on the heels of an investigation into an incident with a neighbor a few weeks ago at his Calabasas, CA home.
