After Justin Bieber was arrested today for the assault of a limo driver back in December in Toronto, a police report came out saying that he tested positive for THC when he was arrested in Miami last week.
According to CNN, a preliminary toxicology report was released with Bieber testing positive for THC, which implies the use of marijuana and alprazolam, the generic version for the prescription pill Xanax. Bieber told police that he had taken an anxiety pill earlier. When police questioned him more about the subject, he told them that his mom takes care of it.
Although the singer tested positive for those substances, he tested negative for cocaine, opiates, meth or any other kind of drug, according to Hollywood Reporter.
The Canada native was arrested last week after he was caught drag racing in a residential area in Miami. The singer was highly uncooperative and cocky. After the spectacle, Bieber appeared in court to hear his charges and was then released on a $2,500 bail. His court date is set for February 14.
