Kate Winslet raised a lot of eyebrows when she announced the name of her newborn son with husband Ned Rocknroll as Bear Winslet. She’s now defending herself, saying both of her older kids have her last name and she certainly wasn’t going to give her baby the last name Rocknroll.

The Titanic actress’ husband legally changed his name from Abel Smith to Ned Rocknoll back in 2008. Winslet said it was never a question if their child was going to take on that last name.

"We haven't ever really had that conversation; it was always going to have my name,” she told Glamour UK.

“Mia and Joe have it as part of their name, so it would be weird if this baby didn't. Of course we're not going to call it RocknRoll. People might judge all they like, but I'm a fucking grown-up."

The Oscar winner went on to say that her first priority now is her baby, not losing the weight she gained while carrying him.

"Having just had a baby, I'm not going to be thinking about my arse,” she said.

Winslet gave birth to baby Bear in early December. Her next film, Labor Day comes out Jan. 31.
