Khloe Kardashian is working to move on from her failed marriage to Lamar Odom by selling the home the two shared together. After buying the home in Tarzana, California for $3.95 million in 2009, the house sold for $5.499 million after being in escrow for 10 days reports Gulf News. Listing the home originally for $4 million, the estranged couple will make $1.5 million in profit with the new sale.
The Mediterranean-style home resides in the gated community of Mulholland Park. Located on three-quarters of an acre and featured in many episodes of the reality show, Khloe & Lamar, the 8,000-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a pool, a hot tub, and views of downtown Los Angeles. The home features a motor court and fountain and is surrounded by many palm trees.
Newly married couple, Kaley Cuoco, star of The Big Bang Theory, and professional tennis player husband, Ryan Sweeting, are the owners to the new home according to reports by Daily Mail.
