Kurt Russell took a moment at the Sundance Film Festival to remember former co-star Paul Walker.

Paul Walker appeared with Kurt Russell in the movie, The Fast and Furious 7. Walker died in a car crash outside Los Angeles last November.

According to the Associated Press, Kurt Russell said at an interview at Sundance, "They're having to rewrite, they're having to do whatever they're having to do to deal with the situation. Listen, it's catastrophic. It's the worst thing that could happen to a movie, but it's not as bad as what happened to Paul."

Fast and Furious 7 got a new release date after Walker’s tragic accident. The movie, originally scheduled to be released in July will now be released on Apr. 10, 2015, according to Variety.

Kurt Russell was at Sundance to promote a documentary called The Battered Bastards of Baseball, a movie about his father’s minor league baseball team. Russell is a season film actor, known for playing Wyatt Earp in Tombstone, Lt. Gabriel Cash in Tango & Cash, and Jack Burton in Big Trouble in Little China.
