The cause of death for actress Lisa Robin Kelly, who died in her sleep in August at age 43, was finally confirmed on Friday by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office.

Kelly died on Aug. 14 at a rehab facility, where she had reportedly been trying to beat an alcohol addiction. She had been running into trouble leading up to her death, having been arrested for a DUI and abuse charges. It was reported that she had only been in the rehab facility for a couple of days before her death.

Six months later, the coroner's office confirmed to People that she died of multiple drug intoxication. Officials ruled her death an accident.

TMZ reports that the initial autopsy after her death did not reveal enough information for the coroner’s office to announce an official cause of death. So, they waited for toxicology results. However, they did not reveal the list of drugs in Kelly’s system.

A full report from the coroner’s office is expected within the next couple of weeks.

Kelly is best known for her role on the sitcom That 70s Show.
