It’s a good day for fans of the show Chicago P.D.. The new series will get an additional two additional episodes this season.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Chicago P.D. is a popular spinoff of Chicago Fire. Creators include Michael Brandt and Derek Haas. Chicago P.D. is the story of District 21 of the Chicago Police Department, which is made up of two different groups: the uniformed cops and the Intelligence Unit. Dick Wolf is the executive producer. Chicago Fire is story of firefighters in Chicago. The show started in 2012, and was created by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas.
Chicago P.D.stars Jason Beghe. Jason Beghe starred in G.I. Jane and Thelma and Louise. He has been seen on the small screen in American Dreams, Everwood, Californication, and the television movie, Dice City. The supporting cast on Chicago P.D. includes Sophia Bush, Patrick John Flueger, LaRoyce Hawkins, Archie Kao, Jon Seda, Jesse Lee Soffer, and Marina Squerciati.
Chicago P.D. has boasted strong ratings this season. The ratings for the premiere of Chicago P.D. as reported by Nielsen averaged a 2.0 rating and 8.6 million viewers. This was second to People’s Choice on CBS.
