Oprah Winfrey has put her Chicago apartment on the market for $7.75 million. The Water Tower Place condo, located on the 56th floor, is a 9,600-square-foot duplex.

The luxurious condo was listed on Monday, which boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms with two half-baths. The home also has two kitchens, including a chef’s kitchen.

According to Chicago Sun-Times, the taxes on the condo were $71,500 in 2012 and the HOA fees total about $9,000 a month. She sold another condo that same year for $2.75 million, which was half of what she paid for it six years prior.

Back in the ‘90s, Winfrey bought four units in the building to create the duplex. She paid over $3 million in three different transactions to do so.

Forbes reports that she’s listing the home for a reasonable price, about $800 per square-foot, which is less than properties being sold two blocks away at the Ritz Carlton Residences.

“It’s a very warm home with beautiful finishes and millwork, and beautiful warm fabrics,” listing agent Pamela Sage, with Baird & Warner, said. “It’s got phenomenal views, great lake views and city views. It’s a very open and beautiful space.”
