After Justin Bieber was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, prescription pills, and marijuana, he paid $2,500 in bail and the left the Miami-Dade county jail. New reports are coming in that Bieber had next to no alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.14, which is below 0.8%.

On Thursday morning around 4 a.m. authorities pulled Bieber over after finding him racing a yellow Lamborghini in a residential neighborhood alongside singer, Khalil Sharieff.

According to TMZ, the police reported that the singer reeked of alcohol; however this report is controversial because Bieber insisted that he was not drunk. If the police report is false, the case could fall apart.

Another precinct is being looked at because officer reportedly escorted Bieber and his camp to King of Diamonds strip club. According to CNN, 3 Opa-Locka officers would be suspended with pay until the investigation was over.

Is isn’t clear if the new reports of the blood alcohol content will cause the DUI charge to be dropped because of Florida law, stating that anyone can be convicted if there is any controlled substance impairing the driver.
