Kenya Moore, co-star of the reality TV show, “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” recently underwent surgery to remove fibroids from her uterus.
The former Miss USA told Life and Style that her New Year's resolution was to get pregnant, preferably “within the next six months.” Fibroids, which are tumors, can cause miscarriages, and the removal of them would bring her one step closer to her dream and having a safe and successful preganacy.
Rolling Out reports that the surgery was a successful. The infamous housewife updated her fans on her condition via instagram, saying: “Thank you for all your well wishes and kind regards. Letting my family and friends know I successfully underwent fibroid surgery as it was reported. Yes, I’m okay. No appetite yet. Excellent female doctors in Atlanta!”
Kenya also revealed to Life and Style that she would be concieving via In Vitro and has already been narrowing down her male candidates. Her list includes her friend Miss Lawrence, who has been featured on the show, and mystery man she is dating.
