Robert Pattinson sat down with The Wall Street Journal Magazine to discuss his career, grooming and work with Dior Homme.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Pattinson’s fragrance commercial for Dior Homme has more than 15 million views on YouTube since it premiered in Europe last September. It’s directed by Romain Gavras, who is also known for directing M.I.A’s “Born Free” video, which was removed from YouTube for graphic material.

“I like trying to do ambitious things,” Pattinson said. “That what got me really enthusiastic about the campaign, that [Dior] wasn’t shying away from anything.”

Participating in the campaign has also started a new change for him.

“I was a brush-your-teeth-and-have-a-shower kind of guy,” he said. “I can’t tell if it’s because of my association with Dior or because I’m older, but I’ve started moisturizing.”

According to the Wall Street Journal he named Dermo System Repairing Moisturizing Emulsion and said with a “tinge of sarcasm” that, “It’s been a quite profound change in my life.”

Next Pattinson is working with David Cronenberg on Maps to the Stars which he described as a “darkly comedic Hollywood satire ghost story.” He added, “This year, I’m trying to see what my niche is.”
